More About Coach Ridge
I have coaching experience with the Swim With Mike foundation for the past 5 years as a member of the USC Men's Swim Team. Coached for the Salo Swim Camp for the past 5 years.
I am a graduating member of the USC Men's Swimming team. Competed in the swimming world for 16 years. States champion and record holder in Hawaii. And member of the 2015 PAC winning team for the first time in 36 years. Two time NCAA Cahmpionships competitor.
The session plan depends on the level of experience one may have. Depending on the experience one can expect coaching in stroke technique, drills, dives, and much more depending on the goal in mind of the client.
