More About Coach Richy

I played football for over 10 years, making it to the professional level in my sport. I have coached football for 3 years and excel at injury prevention and optimum performance!

I was a WR in football at CalState University Chico. I also ran track in high school.. I have been a strength and conditioning coach at the varsity level for high school football. I have also been the athletic specialist at a gym and have trained college level basketball, volleyball and football players. I specialize in athletic training, but also have a kettlebell cert, a kickboxing cert, and a coreboad cert. I am currently training a couple of boxers for fights and I in home personal train older clients for rehab purposes and general health.
