Since 1991, I have been helping others achieve their fitness goals. As a CSU Sports Medicine graduate, my educational background and 20+ years of experience as a personal trainer and coach make me well-qualified to help you reach your fitness goals, plus I keep current with state-of-the-art techniques and I am certified in many areas. This sports medicine background also helps me understand what each client is dealing with, whether it’s an old injury or – most important – preventing a new one. I will work hand in hand with your doctor or PT to insure your speedy recovery and prevent any more injuries! My clients range in age from middle-schoolers to the over 60 crowd. I relate to everyone, I understand their limitations and challenges, but I also know how to help them to achieve optimum health and fitness. I have added a complete nutrition program to my tools for helping people lose weight and keep it off by teaching healthy habits of living! I am a life-long athlete and you’ll often see me participating in a variety of sports, from semi-pro volleyball to triathlons to rugged-maniac-style obstacle courses. I don’t just “preach” at you – I know what you are going through! Spend five minutes with me and you’ll see why I am such a popular personal trainer and coach. Laughter and humor make your workouts fly! Some of my certifications include: Strength & Conditioning Specialist – National Strength & Conditioning Association, Health Club Management – AAAI/ISMA, Personal Trainer – NESTA, CPR/First Aid – American Red Cross.
