More About Coach Rexford
Have trained athletes from junior college to elementary. I am currently coaching at the high school level with Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa. I am NASM certified along with currently working on my CSCS.
I currently hold in Orange County CIF record for most touchdowns in a season at 21, and most touchdowns over my high school career at 40. I was recruited out of high school to a division 2 program at Azusa Pacific University.
My session plan includes a proper warm-up, strength, based training, position, specific skill, development, agility and conditioning training, with wellness and nutritional suggestions shared with you throughout session.
