More About Coach Reginald

I have coached the following events at the Jr. High school, up to college level: Shot Put and Discuss. I have coached Long Jump, High Jump, sprinters and relay teams at the Jr. High to High school level. I have coached at Buffalo High School in Buffalo MO, Rolla High School/Jr. High School in Rolla, MO, and Bacone College in Muskogee, OK. I prefer to work with athletes ages 13-18.

I have held Shot Put Records at my High School and College. I qualified for State in the Shot Put in High School where I placed fifth in the state. I held the indoor Shot Put Record at West Texas State university in 1980.

I will first begin with a weight lifting regiment that will incorporate specific movements for the Shot put and discuss. Then, weather permitting, we would take it outside for flexibility, plyometrics, sprinting and technique. I teach the glide technique in the shot. We will break down each technique and learn it by the numbers.
