More About Coach Reginald
I have coached NAIA, NFL Europe, and High School football. I am currently coaching at the High School level. I have coached Offensive and Defensive Line, Linebackers, Receivers and Running backs, but I prefer Offensive Line.
I have achieved, All District and All State honors in High School. All Conference 3 out of 4 years of College. Drafted in the 2nd round to the NY Jets in 1982. Played 14 years in the NFL; 8 with the Jets, 2-Raiders, 1-Chiefs, 1-Vikings, and 2-Broncos. I am a member of the WTA&M Hall of Fame. I have coached in 2 NFL Europe World Bowls, winning one. I have also coached at the high school level for more than 18 years.
The first meeting will be a meet and greet. Neither of us know the other and I want to be comfortable working with you as well as you be comfortable working with me. After the meet and greet the session will plan itself, depending on your level of work, experience and development. I will not ask a preteen to do the same thing as a high school athlete or an adult so your level dictates what kind of work out we begin with. After that we will excel as quickly as you develop. Every workout will have some football techniques involved in it, just the amount and the depth will depend upon the individual.
