More About Coach Regan

I have been coaching athletes for five years now from the ages of 4-18. I have also worked with clients who are wanting to tone their body or build muscle for four years, ranging from high school to clients in their 50s to 60s. I'm a professional soccer player, so I know a vast array of fitness programs including strength and conditioning.

I am a professional soccer player for the Chicago Red Stars, and I recently graduated from Northwestern University where I was a five-year starter and a three-year captain.

I have a wide range of understanding the body and its needs. For my clients, I can put them through strength training that will either build muscle mass or tone their muscles. For conditioning, I know the hardest and fastest ways to get into great shape fast, but I also have a lot of conditioning experience with less intensive fitness programs.
