Speed and Instincts are the two most important qualities for a football player. Drills will be ran to sharpen up those skills. The more repetitions that better you'll be. Position drills will also be apart of the workout. All Skill positions are welcomed!
Workout will be intense and will be run at a fast pace. Being a football coach, I teach my players the importance of effort. The effort you put into something the greater the results you'll get.
