I have coached youth athletics from ages 6 - 12 in rec ball and a number of H.S. aged athletes.

Attended Los Angeles Valley College (2 years)
Transferred to Central State University, Wilberforce, OH
1. You will be given an athletic evaluation.
2. We will discuss the areas you feel you need improvement
3. You will learn to understand your body mechanics
4. With in the 1.5 hr training (preferred 3x week) we will build your skill, agility and techniques based on sound fundamentals
