I have experience at the Pop Warner, high school and semi pro levels. I have worked with beginning athletes as well as aspiring career athletes.
High School, junior college and semi pro football. I competed at Yuba Junior College and in the semi pro Golden Coast Football League. I am also a certified fitness trainer with extensive education in nutrition
The first thing I try to determine is the athletes abilities and how to best utilize his talents. Everyone's physical capabilities are different and you have to train an athlete based on their abilities. There are many ways to play football, to teach reads, assignments, angles etc.
