I begun coaching in 2002 as coach to a City University of New York (CUNY) Swimming Class and helped over 100 non-swimmers (children and adults) become good swimmers and often overcome deeply rooted fears. My passion for performance driven training, led me to branch as well to coaching other athletes in other diciplines. My pursue of excellence allowed me to climb the Master Trainer Level in institutions like Bally's Total Fitness and Later on EQUINOX Fitness as a Tier III Personal Trainer. I am Athletic Coach at Miami Dade FC. I also freelance in the northeast area of Miami Dade County, FL where help individuals achieve strength, weight loss, athletic conditioning, core strength, flexibility, and much more following my personalized training programs.

My workout sessions are the end result of comprehensive evaluation of client's Goals, Strength and Weaknesses, acute state of client and timeline of achievement. Sessions start with a client performing prescribed movement preparations for at least 10 mins before start. We begin with mobilizations and activations, followed by a dynamic warmup, an a block of about 45 mins segment performing the planned movements. A cool-down/stretch segment of appropriate duration closes the session. Relevant notes about the session are logged for progress tracking.
