I was an assistant strength & conditioning coach at Baylor University, I've coached at Connally high school/ junior high for 2 years and I have been a personal trainer for 3 years now helping young men reach their next level of success. I work with age groups from 10-up.
Four-year letterman at linebacker/safety and special teams... Member of senior class that played in four straight bowl games for first time in school history and earned program's first Big 12 Championship and BCS Bowl berth in 2013... Played 50 career games, totaled 25 tackles (19 solo), 1.5 tackles for loss, two interceptions, one forced fumble, one QB hurry and one PBU... Led team with two interceptions in 2010 as true freshman safety... 2009 Under Armour All-American... Earned undergraduate degree in speech communication in December 2013.
I specifically work on speed/agility/sport development. I have done work with athletes in football, basketball, and track. I make the workouts specific to the sport.
