USTFCCCA strength and conditioning, USATF Level 1, and USTFCCCA technical coaching certifications. 6 years of experience coaching track and field for an NCAA Division-1 university in Texas plus 4 years of private coaching for youth athletes. In addition to that, I’m the current strength coach for two professional track & field athletes.
Qualified for two national track and field championships as a long jumper. Competed for an NCAA Division-1 university that finished second at the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships (Univ. of Arkansas 2012). Additionally, in 2017, I was invited by the United States Olympic Committee to try-out for the US Olympic bobsled team with the program the “Next Olympic Hopeful”.
Included with the initial training session will be a consultation to analyze specific goals for sports performance and a plan to achieve them. All Training sessions will all include one-on-one coaching with warm-up exercises and technical sessions to improve strength, power, speed, coordination, flexibility, and endurance. Based on individual needs training sessions can also include any (or all) of the following: film sessions, nutritional information, and sports psychology information.
