I design lessons with the end goal in mind. Talent and starting point of skill does not matter - we will start with the basics and isolate fundamental skills, creating mastery with repetition before advancing to next progression. Strength and conditioning will naturally be intertwined with lessons to create heightened muscle memory and mental fortitude that will serve the individual in any setting or circumstance.
