I am new to this service, but am eager to pursue my passion of football. I enjoy teaching and look forward to sharing my knowledge and experience. During my summer breaks in college, I helped coach at my high school, assiting with weight training, speed & agility drills, and non contact practices. I've also coached multiple adult social leagues for several years; Softball, Football, and Volleyball. I currently stay active in several competitive sports and maintain a high fitness level.

Four year starter at Frostburg State (Division 3), 2003-2006. Earned 2nd team conference junior and senior year, as a right offensive tackle. Excelled with great technique and high level understanding of gameplay. I currently stay active in several competitive sports ( touch football, Basketball, Beach volleyball, Softball) and maintain a high fitness level. I workout 5-6 times per week, combining strength training, agilities, and cardio.

I'm happy to tailor sessions to meet an individual's goals. I'll focus on proper technique for offensive and defensive lineman, including footwork, hand placement, and body positioning. Expect drills and workouts to improve basic skills and ability (cones, bags, ladders, etc.). I'm also wilking to work with other positions on ALL skills and workout plans. I'm familiar with the route tree and possess the athletic ability to work with all positions and abilities. Depending on player's development and goals, training will progress to more advanced techniques and more demanding workouts. At player's discretion, coaching will include discussion and analysis of gamefilm and playbook. LET ME KNOW YOUR GOALS, and we can plan success together.
