I have 10 years of experience coaching swimmers of all ages and levels. My strengths lie in my ability to apply innovative technique tactics to improve skills and increase speed.

During my competitive swimming career, I competed for Arizona State University on a four year scholarship and participated in the 2012 Olympic Trials. My specialties were the Individual Medley, Sprint Freestyle and Breaststroke races.

Your swim lesson plan will depend on what level of swimmer you are. My instructions are hands on and I always get in the water for the entire lesson. Beginners can expect to go through a series of drills that will allow them to become more comfortable with the water. Intermediate to advanced swimmers can expect to receive a stroke & technique analysis + implementation of a workout plan that incorporates the drills practiced in the lesson.
