I played wide receiver at fresno state 2002-2006 was at 1st team all WAC selection.83rd overall pick in the 2007 NFL draft. Was drafted 3rd round to the Tennessee Titans played 4 seasons with the Titans and 2 seasons with the Houston Texans.
A typical session starts with a dynamic stretch, Warming up in motion enhances muscular performance and power. Each session is tailored to the clients specific football needs, ranging from wide reciever footwork , release, catching , and various defensive back drills, ( cones ,ladders, backpedaling technique), also proper tackle placement. Each session ends with a functional conditioning segment using the newly learned techniques. Followed by a light stretch.
