More About Coach Pat
I’m currently the Quarterbacks Coach at Newton South High School in Massachusetts, working with varsity and JV athletes ranging from ages 14 to 18. My coaching background also includes time with George Whitfield’s quarterback development staff in 2018, assisting in combine and pro day prep for collegiate and professional QBs in San Diego.
I’ve worked with athletes at the youth, high school, junior college, and Division I levels—both on the field and in one-on-one development settings. I specialize in quarterback mechanics, footwork, and performance mindset, drawing on my own experience as a player at Everett High, Dean College (JUCO), and as a walk-on at Bryant University (FCS).
Most of my athletes are high school-aged QBs, but I’m comfortable training younger players and first-timers as well. My approach is fundamentals-first, with an emphasis on clarity, confidence, and repeatable movement. I am currently working toward additional certifications in both quarterback development and performance training.
I'm a lifelong Quarterback who has played at two of the most competitive high school programs in Massachusetts followed by a year in Junior College, and then as a walk on at the FCS level.
Clients can expect a 60–90 minute session that’s detailed, developmental, and tailored to their current stage as a quarterback. Whether they’re a youth player learning the fundamentals or a varsity athlete prepping for game reps or college exposure, I meet each QB where they’re at.
Every session is focused on developing confident, efficient, and self-aware quarterbacks who can translate their training directly to game-day execution.
