I am open to working with all ages but am most passionate about the ages of 7-18. This past year, I have worked with several area AAU and high school football teams to improve strength, agility, and conditioning of their athletes.

Patrick Lee was a standout defensive back and return man who finished his senior season with 70 tackles, 5 pass break ups, 3 interception, 2 fumble recoveries, and two blocked kicks.
From Columbus, Patrick had a distinguished career at Auburn University earning 2nd team All SEC honors and intercepting 4 passes in a 5 game span. He graduated in 2006 with a degree in Criminology.
The Green Bay Packers selected Patrick in the 2nd round of the 2008 draft where he played for four years. The Packers were the Super Bowl Champions in 2010 and Patrick played an integral role on defense in the win. He spent 2012 with the Oakland Raiders and the Detroit Lions finishing the season with 7 starts, 37 tackles, 4 passes defended, and 1 interception.
You can expect to work hard when we get together to work. I focus on competing through the whistle and finishing strong. I believe that being technically sound and fundamentally strong is what sets athletes apart. I customize each session to focus on developing the skills specific to playing position and areas of weakness.I recommend that athletes actively playing football or another active sport train once weekly to gain a competitive advantage. Athletes who are not actively playing or are in the "off season" of their sport should train at least twice/week to maximize results.
