Experience- I have experience training athletes from ages 8-23
I have been the Head Track Coach for a local middle school and speed training the local high school football team. I worked as a Coach in Greensboro and Winston Salem at a 4A and 3A school while producing All area, All Conference 4 years in a row for high school. Coaching the Middle school winning the 4 by 100 meter and open 400 Meter. Typically I work with middle and high school. I have a certification in CPR training
