More About Coach Paris

I have a lot of experience. Grew up running on one of the top tract teams in Connecticut, New Haven Age Group Track club. I've coached kids from the age of 4-20. I've worked with programs all over CT. I've volunteered at the high school level. I've literally seen it all. I love helping my athletes be the best they can be.

I've been running since I was in 7th grade. I have a bunch of state championships metals from high school. I'm an All American. I ran D1 at Uconn. 2 time conference champ, qualified for regionals and nationals.

Each session depends on the client. What are their goals, strengths and weaknesses. If they're a short sprinter we'll focus more on their starts or drills to help their reaction. If they are a 400 runner we would focus on their endurance or getting out the blocks. No two sessions would be the same. Maybe an athlete feels like they're not hitting the gym enough, we could go together and get a good circuit in. Always expect to do abs with me at the end of everywork out, core is very important. I tend to focus on the indicvidual athlete, their goals and dreams, then we can build from there.
