More About Coach O'Brian

I have over a decade of training athletes in the sport of track and field. I have coached middle school, high school, collegiate, and post collegiate athletes. I specialize in sprints, hurdles, jumps, and multi-events. I have coached athletes to New Balance Nationals, USATF Junior Championship, USATF Senior Championships, and NCAA All-American. I am a Level 1 coach through the USATF.

I ran four years at the Division I level at Eastern Kentucky University. I ran the fastest 60m time in the conference my senior year and was a part of our conference champion and NCAA regional qualifying 4x100 relay.

Session will address overall technique to run faster, jump higher, throw further. Each athlete is different so, addressing each individual athletes weakness is a must to get optimal performance.

Very knowledgeable and helped both my sons tremendously just with one session. Will be booking more soon.

We had a great first practice with Coach O'Brian. He's very knowledgeable in all the jumping events and believe he'll have my son ready for the Spring track season. The drills he had my son doing for long and triple jumps will improve his distance immediately. I'm hoping my son can work with him on a weekly basis this off season and I look forward to seeing his training techniques for the high jump. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to elevate their track skills.

Coach O'Brian is always very professional and does a great job teaching and explaining things while working through drills. It really helps our daughter to be engaged in the training and focus on understanding the techniques required to perform at a higher level.
