More About Coach Noah
As a former collegiate distance runner, I have years of experience training in competitive track and cross country environments and learning from coaches at the collegiate level. I also served as a student running coach at a summer running camp, where I worked with middle school and high school athletes to develop running skills, confidence, and a love for the sport. Through my athletic career, I gained a strong understanding of training progression, race strategy, injury prevention, and goal setting. I work with middle school, high school, and adult runners, helping athletes build confidence, consistency, and long-term improvement through individualized training and guidance.
Whether you're training for your first 5K, looking to build a consistent running routine, or pursuing competitive high school and collegiate goals, I can help guide your development. My own running journey took me from a 20+ minute 5K as a freshman to a sub-16:30 runner and top-10 finisher at the Colorado 5A State Championships as a senior. That experience taught me that improvement comes from consistency, smart training, and accountability—principles that form the foundation of my coaching approach.
I was able to continue competitive running after high school as an NCAA D1 collegiate distance runner in track and cross country, recording personal bests of 15:22 in the 5K, 31:41 in the 10K cross country, and 24:57 in the 8K cross country. Competing at the collegiate level gave me firsthand experience with structured training, race preparation, goal setting, and long-term athletic development. These experiences help me guide athletes as they work toward their own running goals.
