More About Coach Nicholas
All four years I helped to coach up the struggling teammates that I had. Once I graduated, the Air Force Falcon staff had me stick around for a year to coach up the Prep School defensive line. They are all freshman athletes right out of high school. I have been able to take it day by day and teach them the skills and work ethic that it takes to be a force at the Defensive Line position. I would like to see more kids reach their dream of playing collegiate football, or even getting to play in high school. Therefore I am open to coaching all ages. I also am an assistant weight and speed trainer at the Air Force Prep School. This is the part that allows my athletes to take the skill they are being taught and put it into full effect.
I am an Air Force Academy graduate and 4 year starter at the Defensive Line position for the Air Force Falcons. I have played defensive end, defensive tackle and nose guard throughout my career. I competed and started at the Division 1 level for all four years and saw my full potential my senior year. I am now training for the NFL as I have had scouts interested in me.
A normal session, depending on the client, would last about an hour and fifteen minutes.
Looking like this:
15 min warm up
60 min of training
The training portion will start with the basics and get more specific each session. Each player is different. If the skill set of one of my athletes is average and the skill set of another is below average, then there would be an obvious difference in the training that you would see between the two athletes. There are four keys to being a great defensive lineman: Hands, Eyes, Feet and Mind. Practicing and mastering the techniques of each category is essential in becoming the best football player that you can.

Chris (CoachUp client)
Coach Nick was awesome. Took his time with my son and very knowledgeable about football. Had an awesome time just watching and I also learned a lot. Would definitely recommend to others.
