I'm an RRCA Level 2 Run Coach, USATF Level 1 Run Coach, ACE-Certified Personal Trainer, AFPA Pre & Post Natal Certified and TrainingPeaks Certified Coach — with over 15 years of experience in running and fitness.
I've coached runners at all levels, from complete beginners lacing up for the very first time to experienced athletes chasing marathon and ultra marathon PRs. I specialise in working with recreational women runners in their 30s, 40s and beyond, with a particular focus on life-stage training — including postpartum and perimenopause.
I've completed over 60 marathons and ultra marathons myself — road and trail, from New York City to Antarctica — so I coach from genuine personal experience.
Based in Morristown, NJ, I work with clients in-person locally and virtually with runners worldwide.
I have personally completed over 60 marathons and ultra marathons across road and trail — competing in some of the world's most iconic and challenging races, including the New York City Marathon, London Marathon, and the Antarctica Marathon, one of the most extreme foot races on the planet.
My experience spans distances from 5K to ultra marathon, across multiple terrains and conditions — giving me firsthand knowledge of what it takes to train smart, race well and recover properly at every level.
While my background is as a dedicated recreational and competitive amateur athlete rather than a professional competitor, the breadth and volume of my racing experience sets me apart. I bring real-world race experience to every training plan and coaching relationship — not just textbook knowledge.
Typically every session with me starts with a check-in — how are you feeling, how has your week been, and how is your body responding to training. I coach the whole person, not just the plan.
For in-person sessions we typically begin with a dynamic warm-up before moving into the main run — which could be easy mileage, intervals, tempo work, hill repeats or a long run depending on where we are in your training cycle. I focus on running form, breathing, pacing and effort level throughout.
Virtual sessions follow a similar structure through weekly check-ins, TrainingPeaks plan reviews and video calls where we discuss progress, adjust training loads and address any concerns.
I place particular emphasis on recovery, consistency and training that fits your life — not the other way around. Every session has a purpose and every athlete gets my full attention.
