Played football at Faulkner University, was an All-Conference/All-American Linebacker. Played two years professionally overseas, for the Keil Baltic Hurricanes and the Orebro Black Knights. I then played 1 year in the Arena Football League for the Bloomington Edge and LA Kiss.

Athletes can be expected to work on sport specific drills and movement that will improve their performance in the field of play. We will go through a 15-20 min dynamic warm-up, speed and agility, as well conditioning, strength building, and improvement on mobility and full body range of motion. Thus followed by a cool down and recovery session.
