Myasia Jacobs is an experienced speed and performance coach with a background as a collegiate sprinter at Clemson University. She has spent years developing youth and multi-sport athletes, focusing on sprint mechanics, power development, and mental toughness. Known for her high-energy, technique-driven training, Myasia helps athletes unlock their full potential both on and off the field.
I was 3x State Champion in the 100m and 200m in High School from 2009-2011. Received a full scholarship to the University of Georgia and later transferred to Clemson University and became an ACC Indoor Conference Champion in the 60m in 2016.

ients can expect a structured, high-energy training session designed to build speed, power, and proper sprint technique. Each workout begins with a comprehensive warm-up tailored to the athlete’s condition—ranging from 3 laps around the track, curb sprints, or progressive 60-meter accelerations. Athletes will learn how to properly perform dynamic stretches and sprint drills such as high knees, A-skips, B-skips, C-skips, bounding, karaoke, and alternating quick legs to activate fast-twitch muscles. The session also focuses on sprint mechanics—engaging the core, arm swing coordination, running on the balls of the feet, and applying force into the track (‘popping the track’). Speed development includes short sprints (flying 20s, 30s, 50s, and 60s), along with resisted work using sleds and bands. Each session ends with a cooldown, myofascial release (foam rolling tender areas), full-body stretching, and core work to support overall athletic performance and recovery.
