More About Coach Myasia
I have 3 years experience in training high school athletes. I Started my own Sprint Clinic in Paterson New Jersey training athletes on the track and having some days where we would train inside the gym in Hohokus New Jersey. I am currently enrolled in NASM to obtain my Personal Training Certification.
I was 3x State Champion in the 100m and 200m in High School from 2009-2011. Received a full scholarship to the University of Georgia and later transferred to Clemson University and became an ACC Indoor Conference Champion in the 60m in 2016.

The clients can expect from a typical session is learning the proper way to warm-up which can be 3 laps warm up around the track or jog the straight; sprint the curb for 4 laps or slowly do 60 meter accelerations if varies depending on the condition of the athlete. They will learn how to dymnaic stretch and do drills such as high knees, bounds, b-skip, a-skip, karaoke, c-skip, alternating quick legs to activate the fast twitch muscle. This session will also include working sprint mechanics which is holding your core in neutral, arms swings, running and sprinting's on the balls of your feet, applying force the track (popping the track). speed work (short sprints flying 20 30 50 60 meters. Build resistance with sleighs, resistance bands. After the work out we will cool down 2-3 minutes and do moo fascial stretching which is (foam rolling all tender spots) and stretching after and ending the session with core work.
