Boxing and wrestling specific training. I stick to the basics and gradually let that build. I have helped train young and old alike. Training is universal.

New Jersey diamond glove state champion. Won numerous wrestling tournaments in the state of New Jersey . Have yet to compete in professional level.

When training with me we start with the basics and stick to it. I teach you two simple punches until you those learn techniques because I believe in having good technique. We will jump rope. Do calisthenics. Stretch. Etc. while sticking to the basics.
