More About Coach Morgan
I've coached youth, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes at a sports training facility in Northeast Atlanta for the last two years. I have experience training athletes in almost every sport from volleyball, tennis, soccer, lacrosse, golf, but primarily baseball, softball, and football with a focus on strength training as well as speed and agility. I'm currently a NSCA certified strength and conditioning specialist.
I played soccer, football, and baseball while in high school. In college I attained my bachelors degree in exercise science while also interning with STACK Sports Performance.
A session is different and specific to each athlete depending on age, sport, and athletic needs. The first session will be an evaluation to find their weaknesses and strengths as well as to map out a starting point. The goal for each client is to make them the best athlete possible while also making sure they stay healthy and durable. We will work on mobility, stability, strength, and speed/agility.
