I have been training athletes at Velocity Sport Perfomance in Charlotte NC. I’ve had 3 years of that experience. I’m more of a personal coach. I had trained athletes at all levels.

I attended Elon University
In 2016 I was signed by the Seattle Seahawks. I was told by Pete Carrol that I was the only player to run a 4.38 40 yard dash on there indoor Facilty.
In 2017 I played with the BC Lions of the CFL.
2018 Currently a NFL Free Agent in the Charlotte NC area.

I will stress the basics of being a Wide Out.
I will teach them how to get open, how to create separation. They will also learn when and which release to us vs a press release. From my past experience of been trained, I will teach hip mobility technique. I will teach combine drills and speed work
