🔥 WHO AM I?
I’m a former professional athlete and seasoned coach with over a decade of hands-on experience training and developing offensive and defensive linemen — from the youth level all the way to the college ranks. I’ve walked the path as a player, and now I lead from the front as a coach and mentor.
Over the past 10+ years, I’ve dedicated myself to building elite linemen from the ground up. I’ve worked with:
• Elementary athletes just learning the fundamentals
• Middle and high school players chasing varsity and scholarship dreams
• College linemen competing at the highest levels
What separates me isn’t just experience — it’s results. I’ve helped athletes transform physically, mentally, and technically. Many have gone on to earn starting roles, scholarships, and personal breakthroughs on and off the field.

"Where Details Build Dominance"
Session Structure (60 Min):
1. Pre-Session Check-In (5-10 min)
Mental Health Touchpoint: How are you feeling mentally today? Anything on your mind that could affect your performance?
Quick life check-in to build trust and mindset awareness.
Goal-setting for today’s session.
2. Movement Prep & Trench Mobility (10 min)
Dynamic warm-up focused on hips, ankles, and shoulders for trench movement.
Explosive activation drills to fire up fast-twitch muscles.
3. Stance & Strike Fundamentals (15 min)
Dial-in center of gravity, balance, and power position.
Hand strike progression—explosive, accurate, and violent hands.
4. 1-on-1 Skill Refinement (20-25 min)
Customized position-specific work (DL get-off, OL hand leverage, counters, etc.)
Situational drills: down & distance, blitz pickups, pass rush counters.
Emphasis on real game scenarios, not “camp cone drills.”
5. Mental Reps & Competitive Edge (10 min)
Visualizing success in high-pressure game moments.
Competitive finish drill: win the rep, control your emotions, reset focus.
6. Post-Session Mindset Reset (5-10 min)
Mental health reflection: How did today’s session feel mentally & emotionally?
Focus on confidence-building and taking momentum into the week.
Life lesson tie-in: How does today’s grind relate to life off the field?

Session Structure (45-60 min):
1. Mental Health Check-In (5-10 min)
Open space for athletes to decompress.
Address stressors: school, recruiting, life balance.
Mindset reset before we dive into film.
2. Game IQ Breakdown (15-20 min)
Teach players how to “watch film like a coach.”
Formation recognition, O-line/D-line tendencies.
Pre-snap diagnostics: what’s the offense/defense trying to do?
Film slows the game down. We teach them how.
3. Technique Self-Audit (15-20 min)
Athlete-led breakdown of their own reps.
Focus on pad level, hand placement, footwork, and decision-making.
Correcting mistakes while highlighting strengths.
Build athlete accountability through reflection, not criticism.
4. Mental Toughness & Situational Prep (10 min)
Visualization of key situations: 4th & 1, 2-minute drill, sudden change.
Discussing emotional control and mental reset techniques.
Breathing techniques for in-game composure.
5. Life Skills & Confidence Building (5 min)
Relating film study habits to life preparation and leadership.
Encouraging self-belief through preparation and execution.
