I have coached at the college level and high school levels after my professional career finished. I coached at Ferrum College and Franklin County HS in Virginia as a QB coach/offensive coordinator. Before every throwing a pass I work from the ground up(footwork) becaue that is the most important assest for a QB. Body position when making certain throws.
