More About Coach Miles

I have been coaching college football for over 20 years. I have been a defensive line coach, defensive coordinator, strength & conditioning coach, Head Football Coach. I have been a strength coach on the collegiate level for the last 14 years. I have work with 18-23yr olds. I have my own business where I train athletes, and people in weight training, conditioning, and sports coaching and training in various sports.

I played high school football for 4 years and receive all-city recognition for my play and received a football scholarship to Ohio University. There I started at defensive end for 3/12 years and had several NFL tryouts afterwards.

I am very detailed oriented and organized and know exactly what the client needs when training with me. i will do a pre-assessment with them to determine what there needs are.I will focus on technique and drills if needed to assist them with their development. I will first do a warm up session to warm up the muscles which can consist of calisthetics or some aerobic exercises to get get them going. After this, then do a stretch. After the stretch we will proceed to their workout, if its weight training, conditioning, or drills etc...
