More About Coach Mike

Over the past year I have been creating customized weight training and nutrition plans for those interested. I played football at the University of Maine where I unfortunately dealt with many injuries, however these injuries really forced me to learn the science of the body. I have developed plans for D1 scholarship athletes as well as freshman in high school and they have all seen results. You will be surprised by my combined knowledge of weight lifting, speed training, diet/nutrition, and supplements.

A lifting session will consist of a short warm up and then we will simply hit the weights. I am a firm believer in super-setting lifts so be prepared for that.

A field session will consist of a longer dynamic warm up. Options for field workouts include:
1. Linear Training (straight line speed)
2. Lateral Training (quickness & change of direction)
3. Combine Training ( 40 yd dash technique, short shuttle technique, broad jump technique)
4. Session working defensive line fundamentals
