17 years as a head coach, defensive coordinator and defensive assistant. I've coach coached at 3 levels - youth, minor league (LCFL) and currently coaching at Heritage High School. I've Coached as a DC & Asst Coach for All-Star games such as NUC (National Underclassmen Combines) & LCFL ( Semi-Pro) leagues. I specialize in defense (All defensive positions) and some offense (RB, WR)
I played 7 seasons from Youth to Jr College. I was a starter and was all-league in high school for LB position. I also played RB in high school and was a WR in college.
My client can expect a thorough workout and learn proper technique and skills.

-stance, alignments, technique, keys
-footwork/transition (change of direction) this includes proper back pedal, planting & accelerating (breaks), stemming
-hands, press/jam
-in phase & out of phase
-train the eyes to read hips
-learn to read QB drops & shoulder
-learn how to read run/pass key
-recognized receivers splits and what the receiver is trying to do.
DBs will also learn all kinds of secrets major college and pros use.
