I have experience training athletes to become faster, stronger, and the best athlete they can be on and off the field. I specialize in weight loss, muscle gain and performance enhancement. I am committed to a healthy lifestyle as well as healthy eating habits. I have worked with all ages from youth to senior citizens.

Each session will start with a follow up on what you have been doing since the last time we met and any questions or concerns you may have. The workout begins with some dynamic stretching. The workouts are based on functional movement. Expect the unexpected. I believe in switching up the workout style frequently in order to prevent boredom and muscle memory. I believe in balance and doing a variety of things in order to reach your ultimate goal. The workouts end with static stretching and your homework assignment.
