Client Reviews

I enjoyed meeting w Michelle. Beyond just the running training, we covered a lot of important stretching and related strength exercises. As a composite, I think they are a complete solution - how to stay pain free while running. She's great at explaining and demonstrating everything!

She was great!! I realized my pace was too slow and that was a big part of my issue. I thought longer strides would be better but learned short, consistent strides the way to go!

Michelle is great to work with and extremely personable and knowledgeable. Would recommend 100%!

Michelle was great. We talked objectives, gave me invaluable advice on running form, and worked with me on flexibility

I had a great experience with Michelle. She was punctual and had a structured framework for our session together.

She knew exactly where to focus her expertise in helping my running form with a combination of techniques I didn’t even know existed! I highly recommend working with her!

Michelle is awesome! She is great at explaining everything and tailoring the session to what I needed. Great training experience and looking forward to more with her!

My first session was excellent! Michelle took lots of time to explain things to me and help me develop better form. I am excited to continue working with her throughout the summer as a train for my first marathon. I have a very high level of confidence in her.

I cannot thank Coach Michelle enough for helping start to run safely and properly.
She 8s very knowleble and attentive! She give me all the directions I need considering my age, weight and past history of knee problem.
I feel ready to start running again without hurting myself!

Thank you very much!

Our 13th year old daughter wanted a running coach to help her with her form, understanding this would translate to other sports. Coach Michelle was kind and very knowledgeable. We will definitely continue to train with her.

Michelle was awesome to work with. I’m not a traditional “runner” (5’9” 220 lb) but she gave me great encouragement to work to get faster and become a better runner. Warm-up through post-run stretch, she shared a wealth of knowledge that I’m excited to put to use. I look forward to another session!

Michelle was great. She pushed me beyond what I thought I could do during a first session. I appreciated her directness and willing to listen to me. Would definitely recommend!

I really liked my sessions with Michelle! She is very sweet, knowledgeable, lots of fun and very helpful. A few years ago I ‘just’ started running, so I had no idea what I was doing. During our sessions, she taught me how to improve my running with some ‘basic’ techniques to make it easier and fun. She also explained to me why this would work, which I really like. She pushed me to go beyond my limits in a way I didn’t even notice she was doing it. Just very relaxed. Michelle also provided me with a lot of information so I feel confident to get out there by myself and get better. I would definitely recommend Michelle to anyone!

Michelle was super sweet and helpful, and provided me with much advice for improving my training schedule to accomplish my goals

Michelle was energetic and fun to work with. She pushed me to a whole different level!

Michelle studies the latest innovations in running and coaching and that carries over to the training sessions. After five sessions, I’ve become faster and stronger and have better form and endurance. We worked on pre-run work so I start my runs feeling good and each session had a different theme that I’m able to carry over into my own runs. Michelle is an excellent coach who has made me a better runner.

In just the short time of one session, MICHELLE showed me how my form could improve my running by just paying attention and changing a few things. I was able to see and feel the difference. She took a video which helped me visualize the new changes. I recommend working with Michelle.

I really enjoyed my session wiith Coach Michelle. She listened to my concerns and did a great job of demonstrating techniques to improve my problem areas as well as guidance on drills to practice!

Michelle is a great coach! She gave me pointers on how to improve my form and set goals for me to work on until we meet again. I recommend her!

Coach Michelle is awesome! I’ve been running for a while but I’ve learned so much from her in just a few sessions. From different drills to techniques, she’s helped me understand where I can make slight adjustments to make big improvements. Looking forward to working with her again soon!

Coach Michelle was awesome! I'm do not come from a running background. Coach Michelle was patient, knowledgeable, and structured the session so that I was challenged but felt more confident after. I would recommend her to anyone looking to start or improve their running skills. I'm looking forward to being challenged more by Coach Michelle!

Coach Michelle is awesome. Even before I booked the trial session she was full of information and willing to share. She even found a place to train close to where I live which I thought was awesome. During the training session she was very knowledgeable and helpful. She corrected my form in a respectful way that made it easier to follow her instructions. She also pushed me when we were running in a very encouraging way, she never let me give up and stayed with me the entire time. After the session she provided even more information so that I could continue training on the days we weren't training together. We also went over stretching and nutrition. I cannot wait until our next session.

Coach Michelle was a lot of fun to work with! She helped critique my form, gave me pointers for what to work on moving forward, and pushed me past what I thought I could do (in a good way!) Looking forward to continuing to work with her!

Amazing! I've been running for over 10 years knowing something was wrong with my stride and technique. Within 30 seconds, Michelle changed my entire running form and made it EASIER to run FASTER with LESS EFFORT and LESS IMPACT on my body. Unbelievable. For the next hour Michelle ran side by side me providing positive feedback, encouragement and instruction to get my body and mind to "learn" how to run.
I have used other coaches in the past but they do not compare to the knowledge, understanding and communication skills that Michelle has. I highly recommend.

Really impressed with Michelle. In the first session she gave you so many tips that my daughter can work into her running to help increase her speed WITHOUT INJURY. We will continue to use Michelle.

Coach Michelle was wonderful with our 13 year old son. She gave constructive criticism as well as giving him goals to reach between training sessions.

Michelle is very knowledgeable, very considerate in approaching feedback and tweaking technique. Not an easy task, when trying to critique performance during running with a newer runner; such as myself. She made things very understandable and gave digestible chunks of info, even paced, but very efficient. I can See why she was high key recommended and also highly recommend!

Michelle was wonderful with our daughter, Avery, on her first coaching session. She is responsive and has already provided so much value to us!

Michelle is awesome. Highly recommend.

Michelle was fantastic. She was willing to be flexible with our meeting location. Once we got together she really walked me through some different things so that I could be a more efficient runner! Cannot wait to work with her more.

I had a great first session with Michelle. I learned a lot and she spent time focusing on my form and pace which is what I've had issues on in the past. We also spent time on drills to do when warming up which I was not very experienced with in the past. I'm looking forward to our future sessions where I can improve my running even more.

Michelle is great, professional, personable and knowledgeable. She is very quick at responding to emails and text and flexible in scheduling. I am a total beginner, overweight and out of shape. She was patient and kind and took the time to correct my form work on my technique and talk me through the stretches. I look forward to my next sessions with her to work towards my goals and eventually run a half marathon 🙂.

Coach Michelle was great with my 11 year old son. He recently was in basketball and after 1 session with coach Michelle he was competing with kids he couldn't keep up with! We would recommend her for sure Thanks coach Michelle.

Michelle was amazing and very friendly coach. I only had to do a couple exercises and run a bit for her to be able to give me tons of suggestions. We ran 3 miles and the whole time she helped correct my form and kept me motivated. I always have breathing problems while running and with her help that was not even an issue.

I'm so glad I meet Michelle! She corrected my posture, showed me how to use a cadence, and pushed me to show me that I could run a 13min mile! She has educated me on the importance of running outside vs the treadmill, dynamic movements, and stretching. I'm super glad I found her!

I just started training with Michelle and I can already tell she will be a WONDERFUL coach!! During our first training session, after a LONG hiatus stemming from a bad half marathon, she was super enthusiastic about the sport, understanding, patient, and a great teacher! I am beyond confident that Michelle will help me reach my running goals and I can't wait to get started :)!!

Great start with Coach Michelle...I feel really hopeful that I can train without injury and refine my form as I build the base I need over the next many months to meet my running goals. She was attentive and directed, both; I was definitely worked after just our first session and have alot to practice!

Coach Michelle is wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I didn't have much experience before meeting her and now I actually feel like a runner because of her training. I'm already seeing improvements. I look forward to working out with her and excited to hit my running goals with her as my coach.

What a fun and motivating session with coach Michelle. I am excited to keep learning from her to achieve my running and athletic goals.

Michelle was wonderful and knowledgeable., I had a good first session. She understands the need and willing to work as per the needs. Looking forward for future sessions.

Michelle was an awesome coach! After one session my form had improved exponentially. Michelle has so much experience as both a runner and a coach she could answer every question and adress every concern I had, from form to pace to mentality. You can tell that coaching is not just a job, but a passion for Michelle; she carried my session 30 minutes over the original time with no additional cost because she wanted to make sure I understood the exercises she was showing me. I felt like Michelle was genuinely interested in helping me improve which is why I'm coming back!

Coach Michelle was very knowledgeable and made an impact just with the first session. I highly recommend her as a running coach.

Coach Michelle is amazing! I'm just starting out and she gave me important instruction about my form, a variety of warm up options, interval and distance information based on our run together and most importantly, explained running cadence! After meeting with Coach Michelle, I feel confident and excited about my running program. Thanks so much, Coach Michelle and I look forward to my progress and more guidance as I continue this journey!

Michelle is fabulous! I needed someone who was both encouraging and would practically force me to do things out of the box or my comfort zone. She heard me say that and then was exactly what I needed. If you don't nee her to force you for something, she won't. Michelle is super encouraging, learns when to push and not, and takes you further than you ever imagined that you could go. I'm shocked where I am in just five weeks!

Coach Michelle was wonderful! She really understands where I'm struggling and is willing to work with me on exactly what I need. She's given me extra workouts to do at home to stay fit in other areas, and she is willing to run races and longer runs with clients, which is amazing! I struggle with my long runs, so having someone who is willing to coach me along is exactly what I need.
I absolutely recommend Coach Michelle!

Michelle is an excellent coach. She was very thoughtful in her approach to my goals and concerns with excellent assessments and training plans. I'm very excited to continue to work with her and highly recommend her to anyone interested.

Michelle adds a great balance of technique work, encouragement and challenge to her training sessions. I'm glad I signed up with her!

It's never to late to learn how to run. I am 68 years old, and always wanted to learn. Now, I am using the Galloway Method, and running/walking 4 miles. Without Michelle coaching me, I wouldn't be out doing this. Need a push, and she is there to do so.
Michelle - Thank you so much for all that you have done for me. I consider myself to be incredibly fortunate to have stumbled upon your ad in the Park Hill News. Thank you for pushing me, for your support, your patience and especially your encouragement. You've changed my life, & I am so excited to continue my journey to January to run my first marathon.
