I have 17 years experience as a strength and conditioning coach. I began my career at Coe College as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for 3 years. I have been a Texas High School Coach for the past 14 years. I've has stops in Maypearl ISD (Defensive Coordinator/Assistant Head Football, Head Powerlifting Coach, Offseason Coordinator), West ISD (Defensive Coordinator, Head Powerlifting Coach), Palmer ISD (Head Football, Head Powerlifting Coach), Groesbeck ISD (Defensive Coordinator, Head Powerlifting Coach), and Waxahachie ISD (Assistant Football, Track Coach).

I was an All-Conference Defensive Lineman and a three year letterman at Coe College. I also participated in track as a thrower. I also coached defensive line and linebackers at Coe College. For the last 14 years, I have been a Head Football or Defensive Coordinator at various Texas High Schools.

Typical sessions will consist of a dynamic warm-up, followed by position specific drills designed to improve and enhance athletic performance.
