When working with me my clients can expect the following: Increase in speed, strength, flexibility, and balance. They can also expect to be pushed beyond their limits as I challenge them both mentally and physically. I tend to focus a lot on hand and eye coordination with reaction drills. I also do a lot of footwork with ladders, steps, and plyometric boxes. Because I have suffered multiples knee injuries in college related to basketball, I have also made it a point to have my trainees focus primarily on their leg strength, mainly the hips flexors, quads, and hamstrings. My system consists of multiple exercises starting with a warm up that often includes the use of jump ropes, boxing, and a step platform. I also use weights, medicine balls, and cable work. I have a large arsenal of training equipment that can be easily transported to workout locations.
