In the past twenty years of coaching both publicly and privately, I have developed coaching progressions and drills and implemented them in a fashion which have produced numerous state and national qualifiers within the field events of track and field.

Aside from my coaching experience, I have competed in track and field from high school and college to post collegiately and masters aged competitions. As a collegiate athlete, I was awarded an athletic scholarship, named team captain, a two-time conference champion and a NCAA Division 1 National Qualifier in the Men’s Discus while at Manhattan College. As an open athlete I have medaled at the prestigious Verizon Millrose Games and held numerous national and world top ten rankings as a masters age athlete in the throwing events. I believe my experience as an athlete will allow me to better connect with the student athletes by understanding the physical part of the throwing events.

Sessions will be through online video submission and analysis. I will use the coaches eye application to provide detailed corrections and feedback of drills and full throws that are submitted. When you submit a video for review, please submit no more than 4 videos for a session
