I have volunteered coaching football both at Aurora University and at the Aurora Education Center. I have worked with mostly college and late high school athletes.

Throughout my athletic career I have competed at both the high school and the college level in both track and field and football. I attended college at Aurora University which is Division 3 in athletics. In track and field I was a two time All conference runner and long jumper during college. I competed in the 55 meter dash, long jump, the 100 meter dash, and the 4x1 relay.
In football, my senior year (2010) I was an AFCA All-American at cornerback. I was also an Associated Press Little All American Second team at cornerback. I recorded 10 interceptions in 10 games, and also broke up 13 passes which led the entire nation.

During a typical session with me, we would run through what coaches call individual or Indy. We would work on press coverage, backpedaling, alignment, endurance, speed, zone coverage, man turn drills, W Drills, breaking on the ball and cutting, and much more. I tailor each lesson to my clients specific strengths, weaknesses, and needs.
