Michael Cullison

I have 25+ years coaching in high school. Currently, I work with athletes 7-22 years old. I help with recruiting for college level athletes. I run clinics for athletes from Pop Warner age group to high school and for coaches as well. I have been a spokesman/presenter at various football events. I was the Head football coach at Sanford Seminole when we won the 6A State championship in 2008.

I competed at the collegiate level. I was the first starting quarterback for the inaugural UCF college football team. I was the 6A State Coach of the Year, and received numerous other Coach of the year awards. I was head coach at Sanford Seminole when we won the 6A State Championship and was awarded key to the city of Sanford, FL, along with the rest of the team.

I coach all football positions (offense and defense).Specifically for a quarterback, I work on throwing mechanics; taking the ball from the center; throwing on the run; and handoffs. For all athletes, I work on the value of sportsmanship. I do a full analysis of an athlete's skill sets and formulate a plan specific to the athlete's needs, experience and age. I work on stretching and form running to assist the athlete in setting good basics. I teach correct tackling techniques, rolling of hips, running of their feet, stances and starts. I warm up with slow stretches then work on specific drills. Not only will they be taught the drills they will be told why they're doing the drills. I provide very thorough coaching on all positions..
