I have 17+ years on Experience starting at the Collegiate level, professional, general fitness and youth training. I worked as collegiate strength coach for 6 years and help win a team National Championship with 7 individual national champions. Worked for the Toronto Bluejays as strength coach for 2 seasons. General fitness for 2 years as personal trainer. opened D1 Tampa, worked there almost 5 years as a Strength coach working with youth and Adults in athletic style training. Created BURST (Balanced Universal Real-life Strength Training) in 2016 Training all ages in athletic & general fitness training. worked with ASPI (2018) as youth coordinator. I have been CSCS certified since 2006
I played football (RB/DB) and ran track (100, 200, relays). won a state Championship in High school as youngest starter on Defense sophomore yr. Went to college to play football, but ended up focusing on school and strength training.
The average session is 45-60 minutes. I will get the athlete warmed up for the type of workout we will do, movement or strength focused workout. I will lead them through different drills and exercises to work on their training goal, working on proper form and technique to ensure proper progression of desired goal. usually ending workout with core and mobility exercises.
