I was varsity in Track and Cross Country in high school, and I've played nearly every sport growing up. I've trained professional athletes from a variety of sports, including tennis, rugby, boxing, and baseball. Many of my clients regain or discover the ability to play sports that they love, pain-free, thanks to the work we do. My favorite sports to play are soccer and basketball.

I have no set format; everything depends on your individual needs. We do, however, have access to a wide variety of awesome equipment, so we'll be able to do anything and everything needed to meet your personal needs and goals.
