More About Coach Michael Julian

I have coached all ages including age group, college and professional/national swimmers as well as tri-athletes. I have coached at club teams @ the university of Arizona and North Carolina. I have coached privately for more than 7 years.

I am an All-American D1 swimmer and have swum in multiple World Championships I representing South Africa including the 2016 Rio Olympics. I have travelled around the world competing internationally.

The lesson will be designed to accomplish the swimmers goals/objectives. I utilize unique and specific drills to improve technique and efficiency in the water as well as water strengthening tools to build strength in the pool. I also place a strong emphasis on endurance/aerobic capacity training to improve fitness and water efficiency.
