More About Coach Meghan

I’ve been passionate about running and performance training for years, and I recently began coaching youth runners one-on-one although I am open to coaching of all ages. I currently work with a 15-year-old athlete to help improve her endurance, speed, and confidence in middle-distance races. My approach is hands-on and highly individualized—I assess where an athlete is, where they want to go, and design targeted training plans to help them get there. I am an NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and studying sports nutrition to deepen my understanding of how to fuel performance effectively.

During my senior year of high school I held the honor of team captain and received a sportsmanship award along with numerous school records. I went on to compete at Niagara University and received the unsung hero award along with landing a spot on the top 5 all time 6k list. I currently compete in local road races, recently running a 1:34 in the half marathon & a 1:09 in the 10 mile.

Each training session is customized to meet the athlete’s current fitness level and race goals, whether they’re running a 6-minute mile or building toward a steady 10-minute pace. Sessions begin with a dynamic warm-up and mobility work, followed by a targeted run—ranging from intervals and tempo runs to long aerobic efforts or hill work. I focus on proper running form, pacing strategies, and mental toughness. We wrap up with a cooldown and a brief recap to reflect on progress and set intentions for next time. Every session is built to be challenging, supportive, and fun.
