More About Coach Meghan

I am currently the Assistant Women's Soccer Coach at Nichols College in Dudley, MA. I have coached high school women's soccer for 2 years and Varsity High School Girls Lacrosse for 4 years at Shepherd Hill Regional High School. I have also coached JV Girls Basketball at Shrewsbury High School for 1 year as well as assisting with the varsity program. I have run camps and clinics for grades K-8 at the Shepherd Hill Sports Academy for co-ed soccer, basketball and lacrosse since 2015. I am currently in the process of getting my CSCS from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I have put together many programs for different college teams throughout the past year at Nichols College including in season lifts, off season, summer packets, and conditioning.

I played on the Nichols College Women's Soccer team for 4 years, achieving All-Conference Rookie of the year during my freshman season. I graduated with school records of 2nd in shots, 7th in goals, and 9th in points. I was second in the CCC in goals my freshman season, as well as third in points, leading the team in goals and points all four years of my career. I was captain of my High School soccer team my senior year.

During a session you can expect to start with a very good dynamic warmup. Plyometrics and mobility are very important factors in order to begin a session. We will then get into speed and strength drills that are specific to the clients needs. If a client books multiple sessions, then we will put together a program that lays out what we will be doing each session. This will include phases such as Hypertrophy, Strength Capacity, Max Strength, Speed, and Power.
