More About Coach Megan
I've been coaching for over 10 years; starting at college camps on the Cal campus and now within private training. I currently do private sessions for both running and soccer skills for ages 8 through 60. I'm also a certified personal trainer.
I’m available to do sessions for teams and small groups.
Played club soccer from age 10 - 18 for Slammers FC. Parade All American. 4-year student-athlete at UC Berkeley - Women's Soccer (2007-2011). Professional soccer player (2012-2014). Completed many 5Ks, 10Ks, and half marathons. Completed 3 marathons (placed 2nd for female runners) and 1 ultramarathon.
I focus on speed and agility as well as building a base of endurance. Depending on the goals of the client, you can expect to do some shuttles, a mixture of long and shorter distances, and footwork.
