44 years of running experience which includes high school, college, and professional as an athlete and coach. Coaching experience includes Carondelet High School in Concord, CA, and currently an assistant coach at Saint Mary's College in Moraga, CA. The preferred age group to coach is 13 years old-Masters (40+ years old). USATF certifed endurance/distance.

3 x USA National Team Cross Country ('85,'93,'95), 2 x USA World Track and Field Team ('93-'95), 4 x USA Olympic Trials Track and Field qualifier ('88,'92,'96,00), 1 x USA Olympic Track and Field Team member (1996). 4 x All American Cross Country/Track at the University of Arizona ('85,'86,87,'88), 1 x NCAA Track Champion ('88)

The initial meeting/session will include an athlete assessment which includes goals, abilities, and overall character assessment. Actual training content includes form drills, dynamic stretching, specific warm-ups, and specific training sessions (Threshold/Lactate running, Intervals, Hill repeats, Recovery, and Long Aerobic running). Injury prevention consultation, Diet consultation, Race selection Strategy consultation, and Equipment consultation.
