I'm a RRCA and USATF certified running coach helping my clients achieve their personal fitness goals, whether it’s improving their performance, getting in shape or simply enjoying their run experience. I train people of all ages (youth and adults) and skill levels, beginners, runners returning from injuries or those who want to improve their performance.
I use a holistic approach crafting personalized coaching packages. These comprehensive programs offer 360-degree attention, incorporating not only the essential aspects of running technique but also integrating strength training, stretching routines, nutritional guidance, mental toughness strategies, and stress management techniques. This ensures that clients not only build endurance and speed but also maintain a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
I started running as an adult. When I was a child, I tried so many sports and activities but always gave up after a few sessions. My running journey started in 2009, when I moved to NYC. Everything started at Central Park. Fascinated by this beautiful park I began walking without a destination. Slowly a walk became a run, and from there my journey started. Initially, I was barely able to complete a loop around the Reservoir—a loop of 1.58 miles around the pond. It was my motivation that pushed me to keep going. Determination and patience helped me to complete my first 5k. Over the years, I run countless 5ks, 10ks, half marathons, and marathons. Running is a journey, and it takes time to be where you want to be, but it's definitely rewarding.
All my programs are customized based on the client’s goals. Everybody is different and has different goals, that's why the same program can't work for all. I’m also an accountability partner to track my clients’ progress and motivate them. When you have a challenging goal, it is hard to stay focused and motivated, and there you need to develop mental toughness. That's why my role is to help you push your limits.
